Welcome! The Tao Method Reset is a 14-day reset rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Our goal is to enter the Lunar New Year at our best: mentally clear, grounded, and energy flowing smoothly through our bodies.

We have three simple practices to do every day, one bonus practice to try, and one journal prompt. You can do it all in Notion or in another journal if you choose. Here’s the three practices we’re doing every day and why:

NOTE: Please continue eating regular meals and nourishing yourself as usual. Daily practice 1 is only referring to the temperature of what you drink - do not replace all meals with liquids

  1. Warm or room-temp liquids only before noon (or all day, if you can). Supports digestive fire first thing in the day, reduces bloating, and helps your body wake up gently instead of shocking the system with cold.
  2. Eat one of your meals per day without screens, emails, or multitasking. Brings your nervous system into “rest and digest,” improving digestion, blood sugar balance, and your ability to actually register fullness and satisfaction.
  3. Three slow breaths (4 counts in, 4 counts out) at three high-intensity moments of the day + write them down. Interrupts stress spikes in real time, trains your body to downshift faster, and builds awareness of when you’re pushing instead of pausing.

Our goals are to support digestion, calm the nervous system, and restore flow - without disrupting your life.
